THAT THEY PAY TOP DOLLAR REALLY SUIT THEM
Mike Fuljenz, son of a lawyer, and a universally recognized coin expert, was asked by a Beaumont, Texas news editor if hotel coin buyers claims, heavily advertised in local media, that they paid “top dollar” really suited them or was there potential for complaints or coin lawsuits as a result of their representations and buying practices.
Mike’s, response was, a line taken from the movie Charlie Wilson’s War, “We’ll See!”The news editor was Jerry Jordan, an award winning journalist for The Examiner that is known regionally as The Independent Voice of Southeast Texas. Jerry used the assistance of three of the Examiner’s employees and coins strategically selected by Mr. Fuljenz to test a midwest coin buyer that used local hotels weekly for it’s base of operation. Over a couple months, Mr. Jordan repeatedly tested the hotel buyer in Beaumont, Texas and in other cities and states. The timeline of his research is both insightful and revealing in his article entitled “Treasure Hunters or Gold Diggers?” The articles subhead is “Traveling buyer’s promises of “top dollar” for precious metals not kept.”
Mike’s response “We’ll See,” to Mr. Jordan’s query may be more than answered in this revealing article. This important cover story could soon universally appear on the internet under keywords like Treasure Hunters, Gold Diggers, coin buyers, gold buyers, hotel buyers, as well as coin scams, coin frauds and coin lawsuits as it could be that important a study for sellers in every sizable community with hotels.
